Buzzmetrics is rapidly expanding and we are looking for steady and analytical professionals to help support our growth.

Insight Manager is responsible for managing group of client servicing team (10-15 members). They are responsibility for appropriate high levels of service & research product quality (including product innovation to meet MARKET & CLIENTS' demands) to those clients through team development (training, growing & inspriring team)

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Research Product Innovation (25%)

• Build standard Social Listening product which must be relevant to Media Performance & deliver approriate insights or results based on Client Objective

• Responsilbe for emplement innovative product via integrating Social Listening data/method to e-commerce data value to demonstrate business impact of social media investment

2. Account Management with Service Quality Control (25%)

• Responsible for research quality via accurate analyses, and contributes to reports and presentations to ensure deliverables meet the needs of client team (upper manager level)

• Provides constructive feedback and support for other account members to ensure account responsibilities and deliverables are met to a high standard in agreed timelines

3. People Leadership & Training (25%)

• Design & responsible for training & couching the team to build Client Service Mindset

• Encouraging, inspiring and sharing knowledge with the team to (focused on Media & Communication)

4. Client Consulting (20%)

• Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with clients through various channels

• Provide day-to-day liaison with external clients to make sure the project status is well communicated

• Presenting findings back to clients in a clear, concise and engaging manner

• Develops, manages and mentors staff to build client understanding across all disciplines to work process vs. just project orientation, strategic insight and presentation skills

5. Others (5%)

• Other tasks assigned by Research Head

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education/ Knowledge

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Marketing or related field

2. Skill

• Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external people

• Ability to work effectively in high pressure & with cross-functional teams

• Able to motivate team member’ spirit

• Be good at convey company philosophy and company culture

• Fluent in Vietnamese and good command of English especially writing

3. Experience

• At least 5 year experience in marketing field or related position

• Have an experience in social listening is an advantage

• Previous market research exposure is an advantage

• Any other experience to prove that you can do the job well

4. Personality:
